Q: How do I reset my d20Pro Live password?
A: Launch d20Pro and click the Reset Password button at the bottom right.  This will take you to the d20Pro website where you may enter your email address and have instructions on how to reset your password emailed to you.

Q: How do I host or connect to a network game?
A: d20Pro games connect to the Judge's IP address.  In the Options window, Judge section, there is a "What is my IP Addresss" button.  Copy the Public IP to your clipboard and email or otherwise broadcast it to those to join the game as Players.  Each Player should enter the Judge's IP address in when connecting to a game.  You may also go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ to determine your IP.  Judges are likely to need to set up port forwarding for this to work.  The IP method of connection works for both local networks or with anyone on the Internet.
